Greenwood Rotary Teachers of the Year

Congratulations to our Greenwood Rotary Teachers of the Year, who were recognized earlier this week at a Greenwood Rotary meeting! Our Rotary Teachers of the Year included - District 50 and Hodges Teacher of the Year Nashari Williams, Westview Teacher of the Year Katina Dansby, and Emerald High School Teacher of the Year Clarissa Legrand. Congratulations again to these outstanding educators!

School Transfer Requests 2026 - 2027

Student transfer requests for the 2026 - 2027 school year will open from April 1 - May 15. Please remember to visit gwd50.org/transfers/ to review student transfer guidelines and complete in-district, out-of-district, or release requests for your child.

Upcoming Events

Mark your calendars for the Annual Youth Art Show on March 12th, where students will showcase their creativity and innovative artwork and designs! The Opening Reception is Thursday, March 12, from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. at The Arts Center and The Greenwood Museum.

Important Reminders

Please remember that our Spring intersession will be held March 23 - March 27. Schools and offices will be closed March 30 - April 3 in observance of Spring Break. Students and staff return to school on Monday, April 6.
