The Greenwood School District 50 Procurement Department is committed to supporting the educational mission of the district through responsible, efficient, and transparent purchasing practices.

Procurement works collaboratively with schools and departments to acquire the goods and services necessary to support students, employees, and district operations while ensuring compliance with applicable procurement laws, regulations, and Board policies. The department strives to promote fair and open competition, maximize the value of district resources, and maintain positive relationships with vendors and community partners.

Key responsibilities include purchasing, competitive solicitations and bids, vendor management, contracts, purchase orders, and procurement compliance.
