Greenwood School District 50 allows facility rentals for use through their Administration Department, requiring applications, insurance, and fees for non-district groups. Facility rentals within Greenwood School District 50 are managed by the Administration Department. The information below highlights some of our key rental information:
- The Application and Application Fee of $25 (check or money order payable to Greenwood School District 50) should be submitted to the Administration Department at Greenwood District 50.
- The Application will be reviewed to make sure all sections of the form have been completed and that the event meets the requirements according to Policy.
- The request will be submitted for approval. Please allow up to 10 business days.
- Once the application has been processed, the requester will receive an email notification.
- If approved, the requester will receive the invoice for all applicable fees.
- Payment (check or money order payable to Greenwood School District 50), a copy of the Certificate of Liability Insurance, and proof of security must be received two weeks before the event.
- A notice of cancellation is required at least 72 hours before the event to receive a refund, less the $500 security deposit.

- Rentals will not take place during school hours
- School or district staff will determine the personnel needed for each event
- Cafeteria rentals do not include a serving line or kitchen access
- The client is responsible for contacting the Sheriff’s Department for security
- The size of the event will determine the number of officers needed
- The Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for all events on Greenwood District 50 campuses
