Immunization Requirements

SC Law requires that all students attending school must be up-to-date with their immunizations and have a current SC Certificate of Immunization or a valid exemption on file. Students who are new to District 50 will have 30 days from the day they enroll to transfer records from their previous school. Current students should already have a certificate on file. Any current student who does not have a valid Certificate of Immunization or exemption on file will need to provide one on or before the first day of school – July 26, 2023.

For immunization requirements please refer to the DHEC website: https://scdhec.gov/health/vaccinations/childcare-school-vaccine-requirements
