Reporting Bullying, Harassment, or Other School Threats

D50 is committed to creating an environment that promotes learning and prevents disruptions in the educational process. D50 does not tolerate any form of bullying, discrimination, harassment or intimidation. Students and parents can file a report of bullying, discrimination, harassment or intimidation by other students, employees of the District, or other individuals associated with our school district.

All reports should be filed with the principal or his or her designee. Reports may also be filed by a student’s parent. If the allegation is against the school’s administration, the student or parent should file a report directly with the District’s Administration Department. Anonymous reports of bullying, harassment, or other school threats may also be made utilizing our district’s QuickTip App but those reports must provide the District with the necessary information in order to begin an investigation.

QuickTip App

In addition, Greenwood School District 50's QuickTip app is also available for Android (Google Play) and Apple Devices (iTunes App Store) by searching for "Quick Tip".

When you download the app, it will ask for the school district location code which will link the QuickTip app to our district. The school district code is gwd50. You will only have to enter this once during the initial setup.

  • Bullying includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, teasing, attacking someone physically (pushing or hitting) or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose.
