ACA 1095-C INFORMATION

Greenwood School District 50 is NOT REQUIRED to provide printed copies of the 1095-C forms to all employees.  1095 forms will be posted for all employees eligible to receive one in their District 50 Payroll Portal no later than March 2, 2026 as required by the IRS.  1095-C forms ARE NOT REQUIRED TO FILE YOUR TAXES.

 

Any employee/former employee, who would like to have a printed copy, must request it in writing by contacting Rebecca Duncan at [email protected] or sending the request through the US Mail to Rebecca Duncan at PO Box 248; Greenwood, SC 29648.  Upon request, the form will be provided to the requestor within 30 days of receipt of written request or January 31, 2026, whichever is later.
