EDPlan
EDPlan is the state's online platform for special education (IEP) records.
Link: EDPlan for Greenwood 50 can be accessed via the following link:
Any user who has previously logged in to EDPlan should be able to log in using the same credentials. For most users, your username is your D50 email address. You can click on the "Forgot Password?" button at the bottom and follow the prompts.
For staff that have changed schools or who are not able to sign in to EDPlan for the first time, ISC can manually change your school-level access or your login credentials.
**To request assistance with adding new users, changing school-level permissions, or resetting passwords if the "Forgot Password?" prompts do not work, please submit a request by emailing [email protected]. To request assistance or training with EDPlan, complete the ISC Special Services Request Form below.**
Accessing Information in EDPlan: There are various levels of access and user types for EDPlan. The default user type for district staff is read-only and allows you to view IEPs for students only if a special educator or administrator has added you as a Team Member for that particular student. To find students, select FIND STUDENTS --> STUDENT SEARCH.
**If you are logged in to EDPlan and cannot find a student you teach when you search for them, this is because you have not been added to that student's IEP team in EDPlan. Please contact the student's IEP Case Manager (special education teacher or related services provider) or a member of your school's administration team to be added to the student's team.
Confidentiality: Everyone is reminded that IEPs and other educational student records are protected under FERPA and should be handled with confidentiality and professionalism. Any concerns or questions should be addressed to your administration.
