Log into the Parent Portal and click on Forms to access and complete the online registration.
Please note:
- If you do not have a Parent Portal account, click here and complete the form to sign up.
- If your child(ren) is a new D50 student for the 2023-2024 school year, you must register in-person at your zoned school.
- If you are not returning for the 2023-2024 school year, please contact your school to let them know.
