Two New Elementary Assistant Principals Named in District 50

Stephanie Boozer will be the Assistant Principal at Rice Elementary School next school year. Boozer has 10 years of experience in education with all of those years in Greenwood School District 50. She is currently a 3rd grade teacher at Lakeview Elementary School where she has served for the past 5 years. She has also served as a tutor, classroom assistant, and behavior therapist during her time in D50. Boozer obtained her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Lander University and received her Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walden University. She is currently working on a master’s degree in reading instruction at Grand Canyon University.


Boozer will replace Nynita Paul who will become an Assistant Principal at Northside Middle School next school year. 

  

Hanna West has been named as the Assistant Principal at Woodfields Elementary School. During her 10 years in public education, West has served as an administrator, reading coach, and teacher in Anderson School District 3 and Greenville County Schools. She is currently completing her first year serving as the Assistant Principal of Instruction at Flat Rock Elementary School. West obtained her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Clemson University and went on to earn a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from Clemson as well. 


West replaces Anna Haynes who was named the Principal at Rice Elementary School for next school year.
