Hyduke served as District 50’s Director of Special Services from August 2012 to July 2016. During her 26 years in public education, Hyduke has worked as a compliance coordinator, director, instructional specialist, and teacher in District 50, District 52, and Abbeville County School District. Hyduke began her career as a special education teacher at Ninety Six High School. After serving as a teacher at Ninety Six High, she was hired as a special education teacher by Abbeville School District in 1998. Hyduke’s career in District 50 started as an Instructional Specialist at Oakland Elementary in 2005.
Hyduke was named Mays Elementary School’s (formerly Springfield Elementary School) 2019 - 2020 Teacher of the Year. Hyduke currently serves as the district’s Special Services Coordinator for the Special Services Department. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Lander University in 1995 and her Masters of Education degree in Administration and Supervision from Clemson University in 2006.
