Health Screenings

Covered employees and their spouses may receive an annual Preventive Screening at no cost.  This benefit, worth more than $300 includes a health risk assessment, blood pressure screening, blood and lipid panels, etc.  Some locations also offer additional tests at a reduced cost.  School Nurses coordinate screenings at each D50 location. 

 

The District Office Screening is open to all employees, retirees, and their covered spouses at the end of each school year.  Employees/covered dependents may also print a VOUCHER to receive a free basic screening at a local provider.
