EHS Aerospace Program Ranks #1 in the Nation on EOC Exam for 2nd Consecutive Year!

Emerald High School's Aerospace Program was recognized as the #1 performing class in the nation for the 2nd year in a row! Students from Josh Buchanan's Aerospace class, comprised of both Greenwood High School and Emerald High School students, scored highest in the country on the SREB Advanced Aerospace End of Course Exam for the second year in a row. A total of 24 students in the country passed the exam. 11 of those students were from Greenwood 50! Eight students scored in the advanced category across the country. Three of those were Greenwood 50 Aerospace students! The national pass rate was 30% and Mr. Buchanan's class has a pass rate of 92%! Congratulations to Mr. Buchanan and his Aerospace class for another excellent year!  Students in the class were: Emory Britt, Jasmine Creswell, Stokes Cromer, Brenden Dianda, Ashby Elliot, Coulter Friez, Matthew Hines, Zackary Rhoden, Ryan Sprouse, Robert Tinkler, Ruben Villareal, John Wiseman
