My name is Bain Vaughn and I am the 6th and 7th grade guidance counselor for Northside Middle School. I am the proud mother of two small boys and the wife of Joel Vaughn,  the Greenwood High School baseball coach. I have a BA in Early Childhood Education from Converse College and a Masters Degree in Primary and Secondary School Counseling from the University of West Alabama. I taught second and third grade for four years and have been both a primary school and middle school guidance counselor. I am a certified facilitator with Darkness to Light, a child sexual abuse awareness program, and have been trained in both Quest and PBIS to help develop character education and positive behavior in all students. I love the students here at Northside and am committed to helping them reach their fullest potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
