The following items must be furnished to the guidance office prior to your child's enrollment at Greenwood High School.

1. A parent/guardian must come with the child to enroll. Proof of custody of your child (if necessary). Please provide a copy of your child's Birth Certificate and Social Security card.

2. A current (within the past month) phone bill, CPW bill, Duke Power bill with parent/guardian name and address. You must have this as proof/documentation of your address for enrollment.

3. An up-to-date South Carolina immunization record.

4. Report card from the last school attended and/or a copy of the transcript including all units of high school credit.
