*Please read carefully before sending the permission to drive off campus form in*

All 9th, 10th and 11th grade students are reminded when filling out the request form to drive off campus for classes that they will need to have their parents/guardians put in writing (the back of the form is acceptable) the reason why they wish for their student to drive his/her automobile to off campus classes instead of riding on the buses provided.  They will not be allowed to drive until the form is completed correctly and Mr. Nickles has given his approval.

 

All seniors are required to fill out the request to drive off campus form and Mr. Nickles will need to approve it before driving off campus.
