CREATING SECTIONS/CLASSES:
 Sections atom
Data – add section
Enter (select) Period, Ending, Lo & High
(grade levels), Max (maximum students), Gen (gender - remains blank), Term
(remains YR for elementary)
Course field – click on the fast access
arrow (blue); course list window opens
In Course List, select course by
highlighting; click and drag the Course ID on to the course field in the
Section screen
Teacher field – click on the fast access
arrow; teacher list appears on desktop
Select teacher; click and drag teacher ID to the
teacher field on the section screen
SELECTION OF STUDENTS:
Open Generic Selection atom (in utilities
folder if not already on toolbar)
Double-click student(s) to move to the
selection side
Upon selection of all students, click on the
Selections line (blue) which will highlight all students in the list
Click on the highlighted area, drag to the
student location on the section screen
