My name is Claire Thompson, and I am the Media Specialist at Hodges. I am very excited to read, research, and learn about technology with you this year! I am a 2004 graduate of Lander University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. I am currently pursuing my Master of Library and Information Science degree through the University of South Carolina. I have been a teacher for seven years, and I have taught both fourth and fifth grades. In my spare time, I enjoy shopping, going out to dinner, going to the movies, traveling (especially to the beach), and reading. Some of my favorite children's authors are Kate DiCamillo, Judy Blume, and Mo Willems.
