Enrolling a Student

In order to complete registration, you will need to bring:
  • Child's birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Social Security Number
  • Proof of residence (something showing service into the home; must include parent's name; examples include a renter's agreement, electric bill, cable bill; a driver's license will not be accepted as proof of residence)
