Assistant Superintendent for Business

Effective July 1, 2013

 

 

 

POSITION:

Assistant Superintendent for Business

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Business or related field

 

  • Experience in administration and managing financial and operational procedures of a school district

 

  • Other qualifications as the Board of Trustees may require

CONTRACT/SALARY RANGE:

240 days (Salary based on Experience)

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Administering  district’s annual operational budget and restricted fund budget

 

  • Monitoring State, Federal, and Local Accounting

 

  • Coordinating capital improvement projects and new construction and/or renovation projects

 

  • Supervising the School Food Service Program

 

  • Overseeing the fringe benefits program

 

  • Supervising all district facilities and maintenance programs

 

  • Coordinating risk management programs which include property and vehicle insurance and liability insurance and bonding

 

  • Maintaining Strong Financial Rating for district.

EEDA Summer Camp Coordinator

(Grades 3-5)

(Open to Current Greenwood 50 Employees Only)

 

POSITION:

EEDA Summer Camp Coordinator for Grades 3-5

QUALIFICATIONS:

SC Certificate in Elementary Education/Early Childhood and Elementary Administration

 

Minimum three years teaching experience

EMPLOYMENT PERIOD:

June 10 – June 28, 2013

 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Additional hours required for planning and administrative purposes.

Merrywood Elementary School

EEDA Summer Camp Teachers (Grades 3-5)                  

(Greenwood 50 Employees Only)

 

POSITION:

Summer Camp Teachers for Grades 3-5

QUALIFICATIONS:

SC Certificate in Elementary Education/Early Childhood Education

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Plan and implement creative, engaging lessons for ELA and Mathematics with a focus on career education in the area of engineering

EMPLOYMENT PERIOD:

June 10-June 28, 2013

7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Monday-Friday

LOCATION:

Merrywood Elementary
