It is my pleasure to welcome you to Eleanor S. Rice Elementary School.  At Rice Elementary our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to providing outstanding educational opportunities for our students.  It is our mission at Rice to educate all students to be respectful, responsible, and productive citizens.
